Organiser

The organiser of the competition is HSZ Hotel Speicher am Ziegelsee GmbH

Eligibility to participate

1. The competition takes place exclusively via the Instagram account @hotelspeicher.
2. Natural persons resident in Germany who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
3. Employees of HSZ Hotel Speicher am Ziegelsee GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation is exclusively in the participant's own name. Participation via third parties is not permitted.
4. By participating in the competition, you also agree to the validity of these conditions of participation and confirm that you fulfil the requirements for participation as set out below.
5. We have the right to check compliance with these conditions of participation. In this respect, we are authorised to exclude individuals from participation if they are not authorised to participate or have violated the conditions of participation (e.g. by providing false information, manipulation).
6. Participation in the competition is only possible once per person. Multiple participation is not permitted, not even via representatives, other third parties or under different identities/names. Multiple entries via entry services are also prohibited. If you violate these rules, we may exclude you from participation.
7. HSZ Hotel Speicher am Ziegelsee GmbH reserves the right to interrupt, modify or cancel the competition at any time for good cause without prior notice

 

Promotion period and participation deadline

The promotional period of the competition begins on 19 January 2026 at 12:00 and ends on 27 January 2025 at 18:00.

Participation is only possible within this period. Participation is free of charge, regardless of whether you purchase vouchers or use other services.

Competition entry

To take part in the competition, participants must complete the following steps within the promotion period:

1. the Instagram page @hotelstoragewhich is organising the competition, follow. And like the post.

2. write as a comment under the post on Instagram, which lake we are on. 

 

Determination of winners and notification

The following prize is up for grabs: a breakfast for two (participation in the breakfast buffet) at the Hotel Speicher am Ziegelsee (possible times Monday - Sunday 7.30 - 11.30).  

The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible comments at the end of the campaign period.

The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram by 28 January 2026 at the latest. The winners must respond within 48 hours via email: empfang@speicher-hotel.com to confirm whether they accept the prize. If no response is received within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

After receiving the above feedback from a winner, the prize will be sent to the winner by voucher. via email! sent to you.

A cash payment, change or exchange of a prize is not possible. The winner's decision is final. Legal recourse is excluded.

Liability

Hotel Speicher am Ziegelsee GmbH shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation or the prevention of access, unless they are due to wilful intent or gross negligence.

The Hotel Speicher am Ziegelsee GmbH accepts no liability for technical problems that make participation impossible.
